On Tuesday August 4, The Economics of National Security Association (ENSA) and CNA will co-host a Live Webinar on ZoomGov. The topic will be Defense Management Reform. The panelists will be Mr. Peter Levine, author of a new book by the same title (Stanford University Press), and the Honorable Dr. David Chu. Peter is an IDA Senior Fellow, former congressional  staffer, and former DOD DCMO. David is a former Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, and the recently retired president of IDA. Peter’s book uses three case studies of Pentagon reform, on civilian personnel, acquisition, and financial reform to explain why defense management reform is so difficult and how we can do better.
